Self-Pay Package Options
Why choose a self-pay option?
South Florida Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is pleased to offer a self-pay bundled option for patients who may have high insurance deductibles, who may have an insurance plan that is not in network, or who may not have insurance. We are able to offer discounted rates to self-pay patients because your payment is made in full with these packages.
Additional Important Details
When reviewing the package options, please keep in mind that each package is for treatment of one body part by one of our physicians. For example, treatment of your left knee and your right knee would be two (2) separate packages. Follow-up Evaluation packages can be purchased for continued treatment within one year of your last visit for the same body part with the same physician. Procedure packages and MRI packages can be purchased only when our practice has ordered the care for you. Also, these package prices include only South Florida Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine expenses and do not include any other expenses outside of our organization such as a hospital stay. The prices of Self-Pay Package options are nonnegotiable.
