Sprains
& Tendonitis |
 |
A
sprain occurs when there's an injury to the supporting
structure of a joint. Prompt attention to these injuries
may facilitate rapid recovery and return to normal function.
Tendonitis
occurs when there is inflammation of the tendon. This
can occur in sports or from repetitive movement. Untreated
tendonitis can lead to further tendon damage or tearing.
