Prescription Refill

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of South Florida Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine are routinely issued Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. You can make your request by calling our office at (772) 288-2400, option 2, or your pharmacy may fax the request to (772) 419-0143. 

Any messages left after 4pm will be handled the following business day. Please allow 24 hours for prescriptions to be refilled. No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
